The Comanche County Excise Board unanimously approved the minutes of March 16, 2026 and the board payroll during its April 6 meeting; motions to approve were moved by Dustin Glover and seconded by J.P. Richard.

Vice-Chairman Dustin Glover moved to approve the minutes of March 16, 2026 "as presented," and Chairman J.P. Richard seconded the motion; both members voted aye and the motion passed. The board then moved to approve board payroll in the same manner, with Glover moving and Richard seconding; the vote was recorded as unanimous with no nay votes.
