At 6:36 p.m. the committee moved into closed session under Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 19.85(1)(e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties or conducting specified public business when competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Attendees invited into closed session included Clerk/Treasurer Michelle Maroszek and Director Jesse Rankin.
