The Traill County Board of Commissioners voted on July 7 to rescind a previously signed Memorandum of Commitment and Nomination to the Red River Valley Water Project, including rescinding any associated mill levy approved in connection with that commitment. The motion was made by Commissioner Eblen, seconded by Commissioner Amb, and carried by the board.
