Several department heads briefed the Finance Committee on ongoing administrative and operational matters. County Clerk Kellie R. Kretlow reported on staffing; Finance staff provided an update on the annual financial audit and the enterprise resource planning (ERP) process; Human Resources Director McDonell outlined upcoming health insurance renewal, workers' compensation training, leadership training, policy and procedure updates, and an ERP RFP; and County Treasurer Tretow discussed the April lottery credit, municipal assessment coordination, and a new credit‑card processing system.
