County Planner Scott Wold presented a reclassification request from applicant Shon Jensen for parcel 17‑002‑4400 in Homebrook Township. Wold said the required hearing process and notice had been completed and that the Cass County Planning Commission voted 3–4, so there was no recommendation in favor. Neighbors, including the owner of Hunts Point, opposed the request and commissioners acknowledged the area’s changing land uses over the past 70 years.
