Holly Bushman, Le Sueur County Water Resources Manager, presented an item seeking approval of a joint powers agreement with the Middle Minnesota River–Mankato Watershed. Commissioner Steve Rohlfing moved to approve the Middle Minnesota River–Mankato Watershed Joint Powers Agreement; Commissioner David Preisler seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
