Grants Administrator Sheila Johnson told the Commissioners the county did not receive as much funding as hoped but will continue to pursue additional funds, stating "We received $8,086.36." Commissioner Gene Stokes moved to accept the DETCOG FY26 Solid Waste Grant and the necessary budget amendments; Commissioner Jimmy Henderson seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
