Commissioners gave conditional approval to the Preliminary Plat for South Brook Phase IV, located approximately 1,000 feet west of S. 225th E. Ave. on the south side of E. 111th St. S., Broken Arrow. Vice Chair Maier moved to conditionally approve the preliminary plat; Moore seconded. The minutes record the condition that all plat requirements must be met by the developer for final acceptance.
