The Scituate Plan Commission voted to recommend that proposed amendments to Chapter 75, Article 4, Section 4.9 of the Town of Scituate Code of Ordinances — rules governing the floodplain district — comply with Chapter 15 of the town's comprehensive plan. A commission member moved to approve the recommendation and the motion was seconded; the commission recorded an "Aye" voice vote and closed the hearing.
