Nate Carr and Hadley Noss reviewed revisions to the RCPP ranking sheet and provided reasons for updating it following the February allocation. Supervisor Jeff Bell moved to approve the updated RCPP Ranking Sheet; Neal Mensing seconded, and the board approved the update unanimously.
