Fulton County Commissioners approved Resolution 2026-434 to execute a Certification of Determination of Subsequent Exemption related to a Community Development Block Grant for The Ability Center. The Maumee Valley Planning Organization drafted the certification, and the board authorized the board president to execute it on behalf of the county.
