IT staff told commissioners the county needs an add‑on to CivicPlus (the county website) to meet ADA accessibility requirements and asked to use IT capital funds for the purchase. "We need to purchase an add on to Civic Plus or the website, to make it ADA compliant," the staff member said. Commissioners approved the purchase.
