The Commission considered a petition by Jessica Zimmerman to vacate a portion of a platted easement at 10912 Baldham Pass to allow construction of a private swimming pool. After staff comments and general discussion, commissioners voted 7-0 to send a DO PASS recommendation to the Board of Commissioners.
