Treasurer Leslie Cummings presented a revised outage communication plan after the Public Service Commission rejected the version previously submitted. Councilor Charlene Louk moved to accept Revision #1 with the addition of the word "water" to the title; Councilor Karen Phillips seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
