Staff reported that the Dinner Bell site developer intends to submit a Deed redevelopment grant application for the August funding round (staff said a likely due date around August 3) and is assembling letters of commitment and a redevelopment package. City, county and developer teams are coordinating background materials and staff said council resolutions will likely be prepared in July to support the application.
