Board approves temporary private campground use for one RV while owners build
A special-exception request to allow the petitioners to have one recreational vehicle on site temporarily while they build a new dwelling was approved; the health department cleared septic hookup and approval expires when the new dwelling receives its final certificate of occupancy.

Staff presented CCDash2026Dash00554, a special‑exception request from James and Monica Blaisdell to allow one private RV on an 8.5‑acre lot temporarily while the petitioners finish a new dwelling. Staff said the health department approved connecting the RV to an existing permitted septic system for the interim period, and staff recommended approval with conditions: the RV must be disconnected from the septic before final certificate of occupancy is issued and the approval will expire at that time unless the petitioners return to the board.
