Anna Ramos, executive director of the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board, presented Resolution No. 42 of 2026 (Chief Elected Official and Local Workforce Development Board Partnership and Fiscal Agreement) and Resolution No. 43 of 2026 (Annual Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2026–2027) during the commissioners’ June 30 work session. She also provided a signatory authorization form for the Board’s records; the minutes do not include dollar amounts or the text of the resolutions.
