On motion of Commissioner Parsons, seconded by Commissioner Yoder, the Lancaster County Board of Commissioners approved the Design Development Phase for the Lancaster County Correctional Facility project on June 24. The approval authorizes the project team—design professionals, construction manager, and County staff—to prepare Construction Documents and Bid Documents consistent with the approved scope and project budget.
