The Wabaunsee County Commission adopted Resolution 2026-28 denying Conditional Use Permit #752 filed by Donna Warren, Robert Warren and Sierra Warren for a proposed mixed-use facility (boat storage, regular storage, a liquor store and a boutique) at 24004 K99 Hwy, Alma, KS. The Planning Commission had denied the CUP; the county commission vote to deny carried 3-0 (moved by Commissioner Boyd Ivan Davis; seconded by Commissioner Jim W. MacGregor).
