The board approved Resolution #01-02-2026A authorizing County Auditor Lisa Plecker to issue warrants for fixed charges and certified payrolls without prior board approval under Iowa Code Chapter 331.506, subsection 3. The resolution specifies payments may include freight, postage, utilities, contractual services and certified payrolls where compensation has been fixed by the board.
