The Kane County Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of Ordinance 2026-17 to rezone four lots in Little Ponderosa Ranch from R-1/2 to R-1. The proposal, presented by Richard Bartlett of Iron Rock Group, reconfigures lots 27–30 into a 2x2 arrangement to optimize lot sizes on approximately 1.75 acres.
