Enterprise Resource Planning sought a one-year addendum with HR Focal Point LLC for $309,900 to renew cloud services supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules (employee central and payroll). Staff said SAP’s optional annual rate increase (3.3% this year) and changes in pricing have prompted one-year renewals so contracts can be aligned and bundled by 2026.
