Commissioners approved a multi-source funding package to replace and update signage on county buildings. Staff proposed using the MBA (Municipal Building Authority) fund, TRT/TRCC funds, the seniors fund and a small opioid fund allocation to cover design and installation across county facilities; commissioners settled on a conservative budget target of roughly $130,000 to cover all buildings discussed, with the MBA providing the major share.
