Kane County staff told the commission that an RFP to redraw county parcel maps received seven bids and that ProWest was the recommended winner. The county had budgeted $300,000 this fiscal year from 911-related funds toward the parcel-redraw project; the selected contract amount exceeded that allocation, and staff recommended awarding the contract to ProWest and budgeting additional funds in the next cycle.
