Briefly: the board approved the prior meeting minutes (with an attendance correction removing Heather Duncan). The board tabled the application for the food‑truck court at 100 Coulee/Cooley Mesa Road and instructed the applicant to submit a coordinated set of plans addressing utilities, grading, parking layout, trash and sanitation enclosures and drainage. The board also tabled the Hampton Inn/Home2 hotel at 215 Lindbergh Drive and requested refined elevations, stucco samples, and additional architectural detailing.
