The Planning Commission approved PL24-22, the final plat for Damascus Trail allowing three lots (approx. 8.87, 55.41 and 12.9 acres). Staff noted water availability for Lots 2 and 3 and a driveway requirement through a floodplain for Lot 3. The motion passed 5-0.
