Commission extends trash-collection contract with Howie's/EcoWaste
The Raleigh County Commission approved an extension of the county's trash-collection contract with Howie's Enterprises, which now operates under EcoWaste Solutions, after staff presented that the company had been acquired and would continue service under its existing name.

The Raleigh County Commission voted to approve a one-year extension of the county trash-collection contract with Howie's Enterprises, Inc., doing business as EcoWaste Solutions. County staff said the change follows an acquisition and that operations will continue under the familiar Howie's brand while the ownership has shifted to EcoWaste.
