As staff explained, "1 of the applications that was supposed to go tonight, it was missing some information. So Okay. Before we brought it before you, we wanna make sure that we've got that dialed." Staff said the package will likely appear at the next meeting and noted the project covers a large subdivision area — about "340 something lots."
The board did not take action on the application at this meeting; staff will notify the board when a completed application is resubmitted.
