The Kingsford Board of Review voted unanimously to change the taxable status for the Dickinson Co Pilot’s Association building at 500 Riverhills Rd (parcel 052-850-001-05) to exempt for tax years 2025 and 2026. Staff advised the Board that the building is owned by the County and therefore should be tax-exempt; the Board approved the correction following a motion by Daniel Freeman and a second by Michael Flaminio.
