Regence outlines 2025 benefit changes: diabetes program, vision plan separation and new Rx administrator
Regence (Regions Blue Shield) announced open enrollment dates and 2025 changes including a new diabetes management program for PEBB and SEBB members, separation of routine vision from medical coverage with three vision vendors, and a prescription administrator rebrand to ArrayRx.

"Open enrollment begins October 28 and ends November 25," said Ashley Litt of Regence's UMP account management team, opening the Regence portion of the webinar. Litt described several 2025 benefit updates: both PEBB and SEBB members will have access to a new diabetes management program offering personalized support, routine vision coverage will be administered separately from medical benefits with three plan options (Davis Vision by MetLife, EyeMed Vision Care and MetLife Vision), and the prescription benefits administrator will be presented to members as ArrayRx.
