At its May 12 meeting the Wadsworth Public Service Committee recorded the following motions and committee outcomes: Council Member Zach Berger moved to approve the April 14 minutes; Council Member Chris Maxwell seconded — motion carried. Berger moved the SSO design-services legislation for Areas 6 and 8 to Council for three readings; Maxwell seconded — motion passed. Maxwell moved the Ordinance 25-121 amendment (Terex aerial device price increase of $1,150); Berger seconded — motion carried. Berger moved to forward the Flight Services of Wadsworth LLC franchise payment ($98,748) to Council with suspend-and-call; Maxwell seconded — motion carried. Maxwell moved to forward the surplus-auction ordinance with Royal Auction Group; Berger seconded — motion carried.
