Wadsworth’s dispatch center is operating below authorized strength, the Safety Committee packet shows. Dispatch is authorized for 11 positions (noted as 10 in 2026 elsewhere) and reported current staffing of eight; the packet says the newest dispatcher was released from training on April 26 and that a Civil Service test will be used to establish a hiring list.
