During the CIP presentation, the Presenter said the bulk of the CIP requests "came from the school system" and that the top priority is replacing school HVAC equipment: "They requested funding for replacing their HVAC equipment, and that's the number 1 project." Presenter said staff had discussed the need with school officials and that the board's recommendation would be carried forward into the FY27 CIP plan.
