Facilities Management Director Joby Brogden told the Board that CICS needs an additional cubicle at the Human Services Center to meet demand for services and staffing. Brogden estimated the amendment would increase the monthly lease amount by $150.00 and noted the current lease will require renewal on July 1, 2026.
