The committee noted trees on the lot will need to be removed because of the septic system and discussed the potential of purchasing a neighboring building next to the tower that may already have a floor and electricity, which could reduce construction time though it would require further work. Spray patching for the year is already scheduled and no immediate road maintenance needs were reported.
