Dean Williamson of Wireless Tower Solutions requested approval of a Verizon tower application; Quay County commissioners voted to approve the application during the Oct. 27 meeting. The motion to approve was made by Commissioner Brian Fortner, seconded by Commissioner Dallas Dowell, and carried with Chairwoman Jerri Rush, Fortner and Dowell voting "aye."
