The council adopted Ordinance 2839 on second reading, which adds a new Enumclaw city-code chapter on electric motorcycles. The ordinance was read by title; Justin read the ordinance language describing an ordinance "relating to the use and operation of electric motorcycles" and adopting a new chapter to the Enumclaw code. Police Commander Tony Ryan gave the staff report and said there had been no substantive changes to the recommendation.
