The commission approved a Certificate of Appropriateness on April 1 for perforated vinyl window graphics at 621 Bank Street (Hale Building). Applicant representative Kelly Burgum described the design as black-and-white historic mining imagery combined with company branding colors; she said the 60/40 perforation preserves light transmittance while creating a historic visual on the storefront.
