Melissa Lynch moved to approve the minutes (seconded by Jen Super), and Jen Super moved to approve the consent agenda (seconded by Dawn Bourdeaux); both motions passed unanimously.
The consent agenda covered personnel changes, bills, fundraisers, grants, handbooks, the Treasurer’s Report, and wire transfers. These routine approvals allow administration to proceed with personnel and financial actions without separate roll-call votes for each item.
