The Hill City School Board approved the hiring of Angie Racine as Technology Director during its Feb. 23 meeting. The motion, made by Joell Miranda and seconded by Ron Saxton, passed 5-0 with Jeremy Nelson absent.
The meeting packet and transcript include two agreement drafts for the Technology Director position. One shorter term agreement lists compensation of $25,375 for March 16–June 30, 2026; a separate two-year agreement in the packet lists an annual salary of $87,000 for July 1, 2026–June 30, 2028.
