Land‑development staff told the hearing the ADU subject to LDLVAR2025‑30 is 17 feet 8 inches tall (a correction to an earlier misprint) and recommended approval to allow the accessory structure to exceed the height of the primary mobile home. Staff noted the ADU was built to the rear of the lot, is screened by an opaque fence, meets accessory setbacks, and is less than half the maximum permitted ADU square footage.
