Scott Lowery, real estate services support manager, presented a petition from Aerobberto Otero Jimenez and Sharon Otero requesting vacation of portions of platted, unopened and unmaintained rights‑of‑way shown on the Fields map of survey of the town of Laughlin. Lowery said adjacent property owners, utilities and county divisions were notified and no objections were received; staff recommended that the board adopt a resolution to vacate the described rights‑of‑way.
The board moved to adopt the resolution and the motion carried by voice vote. Lowery remained available to answer questions from commissioners after the vote.
