At the start of the March 20 meeting, Allison called for approval of the agenda; a motion and a second were made and the committee approved the agenda by voice. Later the committee approved minutes for January and February after a motion by Anelle and a second by Dave Lee; members approved the minutes by voice without a roll-call tally.
