Sweetwater ISD trustees adopted the localized TASB Policy Update 126 during their Nov. 17 meeting. Superintendent Reggy Spencer led a discussion and answered trustees’ questions about the proposed changes. Trustee Tasha Soto moved to approve the update, Trustee Brenda Valdez seconded, and the motion passed 7‑0.
