The board declared the May 2, 2026 election for Places 3, 4 and 5 valid, issued certificates of election and administered oaths to newly elected trustees Dianne Dye, Sammy Ruiz and Robert Conn.

The Three Rivers ISD Board of Trustees declared the May 2, 2026 election for Places 3, 4 and 5 valid during its May 13 regular meeting. David Saenz moved to "declare the Election of May 2, 2026 for Places 3, 4 and 5 on the Three Rivers ISD Board of Trustees valid," a motion seconded by Thomas Salazar and approved on a 7–0 vote.
