The Tulia ISD Board approved the Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP) for Tulia Junior High School on Nov. 13, 2025. Director of Special Programs Daniel Keith presented the plan and answered trustees' questions; Trustee Nicole Gore moved approval and Trustee Jenni McCaslin seconded.
