The Tulia ISD Board approved the Turnaround Plan (TAP) for Tulia Elementary School at its Nov. 13 meeting. Director of Special Programs Daniel Keith presented the plan and responded to trustees' questions before Trustee Nicole Gore moved to approve the TAP, seconded by Trustee William Fifer.
