Darren Perry, identified in the meeting as public works supervisor, briefed the council on operations: crews have been lining up trees along the trail, the team finished work at the Boeing site, city hall has been decorated, and bathroom locks are being repaired. Perry said he is shadowing Ron to capture knowledge before Ron leaves in about 21 working days.
