Committee backs CivicPlus contract to modernize Palatine website and HR tools
The Administration, Technology & Community Health Committee approved recommending a contract with CivicPlus for website redevelopment and a combined HR recruiting/onboarding application, citing the village site’s aged backend and desire for improved search and service features.

Committee staff told members the project will replace aging back-end systems and deliver a modernized public-facing site and optional human-resources recruiting and onboarding tools. "We combined the two of them so that we could get a better price... and identified Civic Plus as our preferred vendor," the presenter said.
