City Manager Frank Martz acknowledged the Building and Fire Safety Department’s recent work on snipe sign enforcement, praising Director Tony Apfelbeck and staff for their efforts. Martz said Mr. Apfelbeck and Fire Marshal Jesse Weed conducted weekend field reviews and “did not observe any posted signs,” a point he noted as reflecting the department’s enforcement work.
